Anemone - Blanda Mixed

This flower is also known as Japanese Anemone and is one of the best fall flowers to plant. The foliage is glossy and brilliant. Anemone are easily grown and do best in slightly shaded locations. They should be placed in well drained soil with lots of organic matter. The Anemone is very late in breaking out of the ground in the spring, so be careful with early spring cultivation.

The bulbs will do best in a sunny and warm spot in a pot or directly in the garden. The flower grows 12 inches tall. For winter flowering, plant them in a pot in September. They are hardy in zones 5-8.
